Who can join pilates?
Everyone can join pilates, regardless of age, gender, or anyone with certain physical conditions. It is suitable for both beginners and people who exercise regularly. The kinds of exercises given can be tailored according to the needs of the client.
Siapa pun, tanpa memandang usia, jenis kelamin, atau siapapun dengan masalah fisik khusus. Olahraga ini sangat cocok untuk semua orang, baik untuk pemula maupun untuk orang yang sudah rutin berolahraga. Jenis latihan-latihan yang diberikan dapat disesuaikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing klien.

Can I choose my instructor
Clients that take private and family group classes have the luxury to choose their preferred instructors and as for regular group class, the teachers are based on schedule.
Kami menawarkan dua jenis kelas, kelas privat dan grup. Untuk kelas privat dan family group, klien memiliki kebebasan untuk memilih instruktur pilihan mereka dan untuk kelas grup reguler, pengajar berdasarkan jadwal.

Can I get a free assessment?
Free assessments are only given for clients who purchase private session packages. You can get a free assessment during certain events and promotions. So, stay tuned!

Yes of course! Pilates is one of the recommended exercises for posture rehabilitation such as scoliosis, injury rehabilitation, etc. Our instructors are fully certified to treat rehabilitation programs
